Our Service Management Policy

  • The establishment, implementation, maintenance and continual improvement of the organisation’s services and service management system (SMS);
  • The continual improvement of SMS performance, use and efficiency and to the improvement of services delivered;
  • Set, review and maintain appropriate objectives and targets for Service Delivery
  • A service management team lead by Service Manager, Hentie de Vries is there to ensure the system adheres to requirements;
  • Commitment to satisfying legal and other applicable requirements related to service management and the services delivered within the scope of the SMS;
  • All employees and external parties identified in the SMS are expected to comply with the policy.
  • Maintained and updated as appropriate at relevant intervals or upon significant change in-line with the Management Review Procedure and the Document Control Procedure.
