- The establishment, implementation, maintenance and continual improvement of the organisation’s services and service management system;
- The continual improvement of Service Management System performance, use and efficiency and to the improvement of services delivered;
- Set, review and maintain appropriate objectives and targets for Service Delivery
- A service management team lead by Service Manager, Hentie de Vries is there to ensure the system adheres to requirements;
- Commitment to satisfying legal and other applicable requirements related to service management and the services delivered within the scope of the Service Management System;
- All employees and external parties identified in the Service Management System are expected to comply with the policy.
- Maintained and updated as appropriate at relevant intervals or upon significant change in-line with the Management Review Procedure and the Document Control Procedure.
